Water, Food and First aid will be provided – Wear comfortable shoes and clothing for the time of year.  Please bring sunscreen/hats or whatever else you need for Skin protection.  Please let your guide know of any medical conditions before hiking.  Certain hikes are at High Altitudes – Above 8000 feet. Please be aware of the elevation and the problems it can cause for Lung/Heart conditions.  You may want to check with your doctor before hiking at high altitudes.
